License Agreement By using the photographs or video provided to you by VRPhotos Commercial Photography Corp. (VRPhotos) You acknowledge that you accept the terms of this licence. All the photographs and Videos are protected by copyright. The property of the photographs and video and the commercial rights pertaining to it, belong to VRPhotos which only grants you a licence of use for the photographs.
No rights or license is granted without full payment unless by written permission of VRPhotos.
The Video or Photos are for the paying customer use only.
This licence is individual, non-transferable and non-exclusive. The Photographs and Video may only be used for the direct marketing of the company purchasing it. It gives you the right to use the photographs and video on any type of medium, for any sort of utilisation, such as for example the illustration of press articles, packaging, advertising, SAM awards, on-line use, as well as the right to carry out any form of reproduction, printed or digital, needed in what you intend to do with the photographs. This licence is granted to you without a time limit, unless you should fail to respect one of its clauses or fail to purchase. This licence allows you to re-center the photographs, to take elements out of them, to use them partially, to touch them up or add elements to them. Videos may be resized, reformatted, and adjusted as required as long as the produced by credit remains viewable in final product.
Use of images without written approval will result in invoicing usual photographing raite.
Even if images or video is changed greatly it does not constitute a new work of art. VRPhotos copyright and rights remain.
Photos and Videos are for exclusively your use.
It is forbidden to resell, give a sub-licence, give, lend, sub-let, distribute the whole or part of an image or video, whatever its size and resolution. The Photos and Video’s are only licensed to the purchasing company only. It is forbidden to use the photographs or video in a context which might be pornographic, political, slanderous, immoral, offensive or degrading. It is forbidden to provide photos and video to third parties for their own marketing.
Editorial usage
Editorial use is permitted with correct credits. You may allow newspapers, Magazines, associations and other editorial content to use the photos or video for editorial use only and with the inclusion of credits that read similar to the following:

All rights pertaining to the photographs and video are owned by VRPhotos. The granting of this licence does not imply a transfer of ownership. The photographs are protected by the laws on royalty and copyright. You are therefore under the obligation to use the photographs like any other protected product. Any representation or reproduction, complete or partial, carried out without the consent of VRphotos is not allowed. VRPhotos only can re-license to other parties.
Property or Model Release.
By Utilizing the photos or video that you’ve been provided you agree that VRPhotos has the rights to have photographed and video taped the property or people. you hereby give the VRPhotos and Assigns my permission to license the Images and video and to use the Images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service, or portfolio. You agree that the Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
You agree that you have no rights to the Images except as noted above, and all ownership to the Images or video belong to VRPhotos and Assigns. You acknowledge and agree that you have no further right to additional Consideration or accounting, and that You will make no further claim for any reason to Photographer and/or Assigns. You acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon your heirs and assigns. You agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of Canada, excluding the law of conflicts.
